Building your new home with Click2Build is simple and rewarding. You don't need to be a construction expert, the main structural timber frame is manufactured and erected by Click2Build, all you have to do is manage the external works and internal finishings:

There are 3 ways of doing this:

1. Self project managed

• Buy your building plot
• Design your house online
• Click2Build will make the planning and building regulations application
• Click2Build will supply and erect the main structure
• You follow the Click2Build build manual and hire tradesmen in sequence (e g: bricklayers, electricians etc) to complete the build
• Move in

2. Project managed

• Buy your building plot
• Design your house online
• Click2Build will make the planning and building regulations application
• Click2Build will supply and erect the main structure
• You hire a Click2Build or BuildStore approved project manager to manage the completion of your build
• Move in

3. Builder managed

• Buy your building plot
• Design your house online
• Click2Build will make the planning and building regulations application
• Click2Build will supply and erect the main structure
• A Click2Build or BuildStore or your own appointed builder will do the rest
• Move in

There is of course a 4th way, if you are skilled in all or certain aspects of building, you can put your own time in to literally "self-build".

There is a different cost attached to each of the 3 main methods of building your Click2Build home.

When you get to configure your house, the budget price for your chosen house will reflect the different price levels for each of the 3 methods.
